Are you going to run bare bottom or a sand bed? What about for water circulation? Are you going to keep any fish in the prop tank?
Looking good. Keep the photos coming.

My plan is to have 1.5 inch sand bed of South down sand with 1.5 inches of Aragronite

Run a 40 gallon Refugium underneath with Sand
Have fragging stations set up with cut up PVC pipe
The two ph you see there will be the only two ph i use because i have a spray bar return that will be running.
Lights will be 2 175 watt 12k with 2 40 watt P/c

There will be a few fish in there mainly to control Alage and pest that arrive in. Dont know what yet I am thinking of these

1 six line wrasse
1 yellow tang
4 Scooter blennies
5 green chromis

If any one has any questions please speak up.

You said you were setting up 4 tanks right? Are they all the same size? What do you plan on propagating in the others?
This will be interesting to see your progress.

Here's a few more pics of the progress i have going on with the 88 gallon frag system.

The first is just cloudy water because i am using 50lbs of south down and 30 lbs of aragonite

The second is a pic of the 40 gallon sump with a coralife super skimmer and a rio 1200 pump.

Third is a pic of both tanks together.

This a pic of the retro 175 watt MH and P/c combo that will grow everything I am running 2 attincs and 1 14k or 10k

The last pic is of half the room with my mini fridge that will house all the coral food, fish food and my beer.

Glad to see that you planned for the necessities!

Looks good so far. What kind of MH bulb do you plan on running?

Well today is day 7 of the 1st frag tank going up added a few pieces of lr to help get some bacteria growing in the tank. Still cloudy but after tomorrow that should be no more problem. Tomorrow will set the lights up and start getting water parameters where they need to be will be running a high salt level around 1.025 or so.

Unhappy Had a flood this morning minor set back

Hello well woke up this morning to about 10 gallons of water on the basement floor due to my return hose poping out of the holder. But after the wife yelled at me I got everything back to working order. That was a close one glad i did not have any fish in yet.

Default Today is the day

Ok today is the day so far my water has cleared enough to do a accurate water test and check the parmeters and possible add 3-4 chromis to the tank to help aid with the cycle. Getting all my PVC cups and frag plugs later today and we should be up and running by the end of the week
