First off, welcome to FragOutpost.com Coastal!

I have been wanting to set up a greenhouse for a while but my backyard does not receive enough sunlight as it is shaded by some large trees. I plan on building a greenhouse when I move in a couple of years.

Are you having trouble controlling temps at this time of year? Are you running a geothermal loop? What size are your vats?

Nice photo. Those are some nice frags.
I'd like to see some more photos of your set up if you have them.

no trouble with temp it has central air the vats are 215 gallon and i have six set up there is a 8 inch concrete floor that helps retain temp on the cold nights even though we have had cold nights i have not had to heat at all only cool

Sounds like the greenhouse is insulated pretty well. Are your using poly panels? How long has the greenhouse been established?

havent taken any new photos but all is well . am in the process of adding a geothermal loop to help maintain constant water temps , also will be adding 500 pounds of live rock to a new 400 gallon setup and am going to try a dsb on that same setup . not big on dsb never have been but will do it anyway just to see how it does in a greenhouse situation will try to find time to take some updated pics

Why not just run a remote deep sand bed and get the best of both worlds? I think that Ron Shimek has written an article on remote sand beds. I'll see if i can find it. In the mean time here is another article by him on DSB's - http://www.ronshimek.com/Deep%20Sand%20Beds.htm
