Nice pics! Thanks for sharing. It is difficult to tell from the pic what type of clown you have. This link may help - http://saltaquarium.about.com/cs/clo.../blpercula.htm
Is there a thin or a thick outline around the white bars?
Usually thin = Ocellaris while thick = perc
Can you count the dorsal spines?
Generally 10 = perc while 11 = Ocellaris

Mine were taken with a 6 megapixel HP camera. Really wish I had a Digital SLR as not having manual focus is a pita. Also, I think a tripod would help.
staraquarist, if you don't mind my asking, whats your affiliation with aquariumbliss.com?

My camera is a Canon Powershot Pro1 shot at the setting just below RAW. So I could guestimate at prob 7.2 megapixels (Mp)... The Camera is an 8 Mp camera but the megapixel of the camera isn't all that matters the lens on the camera also accounts for the picture quality. The Pro1 uses the pro series lens from canon that makes a huge difference... Also the way the picture is taken, (check out the tread on how to take pictures), affects the overall quality of the photo.

I guess I should post a couple of photos since it's really been a while since I've done so.
