Default Need help so I can cure this one

Hi All,

My first post! Man I'm a needy person already asking for help. Anyway, my friend gave me a frag that was dying in his tank. He thinks it's because his Powder Blue Tang was nipping at it. Strange, huh? Anyway, neither of us can identify it. It's growing slowly in my nano, but I want to make sure I'm providing the best environment to heal it's damage. I hope someone knows what this is. Thanks in advance.
