Default Can I salvage these yellow polyps???

I have found a few of the polyps that I gave up for dead. It seems they are not quite gone yet, though I have significantly less than when I started. Do these look salvagable? If so, how can I propogate them to get them to grow back again? Should I reglue some of them to another, single, larger piece of rock? How long can they be out of water when you glue them? A million questions...sorry. I think they have been coming around because they are in the same area as my single button polyp and I've been spot feeding plankton in that area.
