My clown fish has a small lump or tear on the corner of its mouth, it is swimming with the mouth open, it is concernng me, it is hard to get a pic, but has this happened to anybody before.. :(

Hello everybody, just got a 36 gallon bow front, with a BAK PAK bio-filter, Lunar Aqua light by coralife, 40lbs live sand. I set up the tank yesterday, no live rock yet, wanted to get my spec....
