does anyone know what this is?
 

Here's another one for you. has anyone ever seen this before. It just grew out of this piece of live rock. It keeps getting bigger and it doesn't seem to move or spread anywhere else, just keeps getting bigger. Any ideas? Lynn

It's a type of macro algae. Can't reember the name though.

No prob just keep a eye on it cause it might start to grow extremely fast.

Have have the same in my 55 Gal and the service tech hand picks but leaves a little in, it can grow quick but the hermits seem to enjoy.
