Anyone know the name of these little dudes, they're all over the place. I've only seen them on the glass so far but I'm sure they're in the substrate too.
I hope they're good guys...

Hydroid Jellyfish. As far as i know they are fine. I have noticed that they are more common in newer tanks than older ones. Here is a link:
