I want to give some thata boys. I ordered a pump from them that when it came in the casing on the end cap was broke. When I called them they offered to exchange the pump. But since the cap was made to remove to clean anyways. I asked if they could just send another end cap that they had in stock. They are shipping me the cap, we tested the pump with a quick plug in so it does work. I was very impressed with the way PA handled this. Keep up the good work PA.

I have ordered twice more and both orders came in great shape. Today I made another order for my live rock and I will let everyone know how that turns out.

The live rock arrived great very little stuff to remove. No foul smell. Very nice looking pieces. No rubble execpt what the UPS Grillas did. I highly recommand this vendor to everyone.
