Emerald crabs. Are they xenia safe?

Last night I saw my emerald mithrix crab crouched underneath my xenia. I didn't see it actually pulling off stalks but I was concerned. This morning when I got up I saw it moved around to another part of the xenia. Do these guys like to eat xenia?

Not sure about that one. Is there enough of a food source in the tank for it? Is it just hungry possibly and taking advantage of any opportunity?

They will not harm the xenia's they are eatting any food or alage that is underneath it. I have 1 in my 90 and he is all over the place...
