Has any of you ordered from them before? How long did it take for you to get your order? Did you get any kind of emails from them proir to them shipping your stuff out? Sorry to play 100 questions but I am starting to get worried. I ordered base rock from them 21/2 weeks ago. I haven't heard anything from them. I emailed them last Thursday and again yesterday and still no response.

I haven't ordered from them before but I've read countless threads on other forums about people who have without any problems. Have they already billed you for the order?

Their feedback on Ebay is starting to show that they are slow shippers. So I am still hoping at this stange. But I was going to order another 60 lbs of their best rock ahen it came back in. Not anymore so they lost a sell.

I've found the best way to get Ebay sellers moving is to file a dispute with either Paypal or Ebay, depending on the circumstances. If you have sent them numerous emails and received no response, open a dispute with paypal. Be as descriptive as possible regarding what you have done (send emails, sent payment immediately, etc). At the very least, you will get their attention.

Well I gave the guyone last chance to reply. I told him by email that unless I heard from him by Friday I was filing a dispute with paypal. I received a email with a tracking #.

That sucks to hear about your bad experience with them. I'm surprised that it got to the point where you almost had to dispute the charges. At least your rocks are in the mail now. Hopefully he is a decent businessman and threw in a few lbs extra for your trouble.

No as a matter of fact the box and rock weighed what the rock was suppose to. I order 60 lbs of rock. UPS says the whole thing weighs 60 lbs. I am just happy at this point not to of lost the money.
